Day 3 - Already Seeing Results!

Wow, weighed in on the morning of day three, and I've already lost 2.6 lbs!!! Holy cow, I can't believe it! I've lost over 2 and a half pounds in just 2 days! For breakfast, I added a handful of frozen blueberries to my vanilla shake and it was great. Today (day four) I'm going to add strawberries, mmm. I took the boys to outback for dinner last night and had Atlantic salmon with steamed veggies and a house salad. It was good and I was super full. So far, this is not a difficult plan to follow. Don't get me wrong, I wanted a bite of Blake's snickers bar on Tuesday, but that's every day. I stay away from candy because of my diabetes. Also, their cheese-its were looking really good yesterday, lol!! I even went to lunch with my co-workers and my friend Christie and sat there with them drinking my unsweet tea! They were so proud of me. I had my am snack before we left for lunch and drank my shake when we got back. It was no big deal, except that it was Morales and the food smelled fantastic!!! It's all worth it to get back down to size, though! Thanks for the comments and words of encouragement--you have no idea how that keeps me inspired!
