Day 1 - The Shakedown
Ok, it's called the shakedown because it's a cleansing diet. We'll see about that. I'll try not to be too graphic-hehe! I'm sipping my first meal replacement shake and it's not too bad. I chose vanilla delight so I can add fruit some time if I want. The powder mix I am using is called whole gain and came from GNC. It has 15 g carbs and 24 g protein per two scoops. (Our store special orders this product, so it's not on the GNC website and may not be available at other GNC stores.) I mixed the two scoops with about 10 ounces of water and maybe 6 or seven ice cubes. It isn't very thick, so I may use less water at lunch. OK, time for the elliptical. Gotta slip on my athletic shoes and get to it!

Go Sister!! The first day is pretty easy, but you're going to get hungry and cranky tomorrow and Wednesday.... be prepared! I love you!!!
