Day 2 - Still at it!
Well, day two hasn't been too bad! The only negative thing I can say is that I didn't last long on the elliptical machine yesterday morning (only 5 minutes...) and I didn't even get on it today. Instead of a shake for lunch today, I mixed the powder in with some sugar-free oatmeal. It was pretty good--a nice change. For dinner, I had turkey meatloaf and green beans. Even Bryce liked it (my 9-year-old) so that's cool! I feel good and haven't had any adverse side-effects or feelings of weakness or nausea as with some low-calorie diets. So, I'll just keep it up and try again in the morning to attack that elliptical!!
